The KWUA and its members are now expected to complete incident reports when injuries, ejection's, and other problems occur on the field. The purpose of the incident reports is to have record of any problems that occur on the ball diamond. When major issues arise these reports will also be sent to Softball Ontario, so that they can track problem behaviour across the province.
